Ohhh [i love talking about imaginary powers mb] its not exactly a quirk malfunction since its continuously happening. A quirk malfunction is when the quirk of a person goes out of control or starts to hurt a person [but only in specific situations and not all the time], like tokoyami with dark shadow when they go out of control or with deku and his 7 quirks appearing out of nowhere and with no control. What touya has is a wrong body, since his body is made to resist ice [like his mother rei] but he has a fire quirk which burns him [Ok i will stop yapping] :3
