'York Leaf Busters' 2022 season kicked off with a couple of out and back runs from York to Scarborough and return. By omitting the Wolds line, the shot at Seamer Junction was on for the back working.
Classic Traction in the modern age with some class 68s for company - Warts and All.

Nice video mate. Caught this footage quite early before all the locos and sets became very dirty. Good to see the TPE 68s as well. Great stuff though thanks for sharing.

Nice set buddy, we've been over a lot chasing the RHTT but never got the tanks this clean...... only the loco's when my mates give them a wash before taking them out :)

Thanks - was dead pleased to catch them there in sun as from the following Monday they'd have been heading left at the junction making the shot there impossible.

The 37s have a very low axle loading which means they can pretty much go anywhere on the network.

@@N330AA there are alternatives, but it demands investments.. The costs of upgrading and wasting very dear fuel, will be converted within years. Otherwise the government should tax emissions, in order to force environmental care
