My 2nd and 11th lord is jupiter in cancer D1, Sagitarius D9 which comes back to D1 as jupiter cancer. So 2nd and 11th houses meet the requirement. 5th lord is sagittarius mercury, which goes to D9 taurus, but comes back as venus in scorpio (an ugly jyeshta there) parivartana with a rohini mars. Venus also lords my 9th and 4th. So, I guess it is broken in the 5th house transition then?

Sir, what shall be the effect of Retro Saturn(21degree)+moon(4degree) conjunction in the first house (ascendant) in Capricorn( ascendant & moon sign both are Capricorn)?

What if these conditions: 1- The lord disposing of D9 in D1 not exulted or Mooltrikon , but in it's Own sgin . 2- When 2 of them are aspected by 9th lord but the 3rd is not .
