The water pipes are draining any water that might enter the boat from the water tight compartments. They are located under the cockpit and the whole forward compartment.
The cockpit will drain out the back of the boat through scuppers. I was referring to the manual emergency pump that is located in the cockpit. So, what you see is the suction line that leads into the cabin area. Thanks for the encouragement ! Cheers
