-Your teeth may be tender because your teeth are moving. Pain reliever may help. Hang in there and be consistent! It will get better!
-Wear your elastics all day, all night, everyday, unless otherwise instructed. Only take out when you eat and brush. Hook up new elastics each time you eat!
-Carry a package of elastics wherever you go! Let us know if your supply is low!
-If you have any problems - please call right away! Don't wait until your next appointment.

I’ve had braces for over a year now and never felt as much pain as puttin in class 2 elephants.... it goes on my first k9 and to the farthest back tooth, the hook is different and it’s really hard to get in on the back moler

What if my top molar are distant from my bottom ones when i move my jaw so my lower front teeth are directly above and touching the bottom front teeth.

Is it a problem if your hooking your rubber band to the 2nd molar and not the 1st does it make a change

I don't want to move my bottom jaw forward I only want my upper teeth to go inside is it possible to treat only upper teeth without bottom jaw using class 2 ??

Is class 2 elastics the type of elastic or the configuration? My overbite was first corrected from the canine (top) to the 2nd bicuspid (bottom), then to the 2nd molar (bottom). I'm not sure what these configurations are called.. Do you know? Thanks!

Javier Aguilar I had to get 4 teeth removed, 2 from the top and 2 from the bottom. I have a crossbite, my teeth are also over crowded. Would I need these kinds of elastics?

Claire Smith Same here, but i have an overbite which will need class 2 elastics as shown in the video. Since you have a crossbite you will probably need another class of elastics and a different way to put them. But yes, you will need elastics
