国画确实没有标准法，不像美院考素描，静物，不同师成法不一样。

That is because firstly, those are not meant to be translations but rather straight-up subtitles (so it is meant to display the written form of the same language being spoken) and secondly, because they are auto-generated - meaning the computer is doing the transcription using the audio, moment by moment. And for some reason the spoken language is set as Spanish... This is why you will find they don't make sense. It is nice however, if you want a small laugh at how strange mistakes made by computers (and people) can be. :)

The teacher taught dirrectly how to paint plum blossom (梅花). He told about the compotition of painting.

This is mei hua or plum blossom. It is the Chinese national flower and symbolises resilience because it blooms in winter.
