As always, I want to practise what I preach and get out of my comfort zone and try something different so I’m heading into central London to try some Bangkok classics at the highly touted Speedboat bar from the same team behind Plaza Khao Gaeng.
I was very impressed with how authentic the Thai food is here, it took me right back to the back alleys of Bangkok's Chinatown, where as you know, I eat a lot!
This is as close to close to anything I've had in Thailand and that's a big compliment I could give the team here.
For me this is easily some the best Thai food I've had in London and it's all cooked by farang!
