I can’t have fried fish but I used your seasoning with beer, lemon and baked it. It was great. I can’t have salt. Thank for your tip. I use my filet knife. Cuts like butter with my salmon. I made fish head soup. Put the fish head in cheese cloth. No scales no bones. Like a Demi glacé. Freezing nice too. I have canning jars. Thanks. I can’t have fries so I got boiled finger potatoes.

I just made the fish and sweet potato chips. I must say, the fish recipe is really great. I used whiting and seltzer and the spices you used plus some seafood spices. The whiting stayed whole and fried up so crunchy and fast! There were these little crunchy mini pancakes in the pan...lol. very tender fish too. I made the sweet potatoes after. I tossed them in an egg and some Cajun spices and then 2Tbs. of corn flour. The oil was clean and they came out great 😋💯 ty for the delicious recipes 😊still have to try the cole slaw!
Looks great, opening day fishing next weekend at the lake. Going to give it a try. Heres a dip for you that I invented, wife and kids love it, Aioli sauce and Sweet Red Chilli Sauce fifty/fifty, few drops liquid smoke, few shakes powdered clove, mix well and enjoy
love your channel u are a great cook (so am I ). have u ever tried to use half beer and half vodka , its amazing most crispy skin u will ever gett , i also do half flour and half rice flour makes itt much mroeo crispy trty it nextt time. keep up the great videos
