I enjoy your videos. I took your advise and put together my own rub. It took a couple of tries but I finally found a combination that is great. You don't know what you can do until you try. Keep'em coming.
First time seeing you in a video. Loved this meal. ❤ Love how you explain each step. Already subscribed. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos. Thank you Chef
I had that gas grill back in the early 2000s. I wore it out lol. Now, I have its charcoal sister. I bought it specially for cooking steaks. Hot and fast!
Now that is how you cook a meal. The steak looks fantastic, that pasta was not only beautiful I bet it was tasty also can I know that corn on the cob was off the chain delicious. Glad I found this channel I have most of them ingredients and we are cooking this today which is Sunday, I had everything except the spinach in the corn on the cob in the wife just happened to be in town so I made a quick phone call and she's bringing it home baby. Thanks for the idea on the pasta and the corn on the cob we already had the steak and we're going to cook it exactly the way you cooked yours. By the way you are exactly correct on that grill I also have one and they are fantastic for tailgating parties at the lake
Great production as always. I have the propane and charcoal version. Great for camping and emergencies. I have to try this entire meal. Sticking around. Not going anywhere.
Another beautiful meal Chef. The colors from that pesto paired with the corn and the medium rare flank steak is making my mouth water. I've seen that mini Weber cooker on another channel. I think I'll check it out. Thank you again Chef for sharing another beautiful meal with us.
You just keep outdoing yourself my friend! Another drool inducing masterpiece. Were you a chef once upon a time? Keep on keepin on bro, I ain't going anywhere!
Oh my lord that looks so good. My wife would cook that to shoe leather, lol but me I’m digging in. I like watching your cooking videos but I’ve noticed that you have a lot of different type cookers- smokers. I’d be interested in a video of all the different smokers you have and if any cook different things or ways. Just a hint 😉
Crazy desert lady here. This time I think I'll bring a banana cream pie. Also wish you would print shirts that say Stick Around....Don't go Anywhere. You'd be rich.
Hi Mr. Pitmaster, I've never tried cooking a flank steak before, because I only use wood and charcoal. Only used a gas grill once when I was a beginner. But you made that looked so delicious. Maybe you can me give a tip how do that on a charcoal or wood grill Would love to tried it.
Just do it the same way just with charcoal. I like the small grills on the steaks I can get the coal right up to the cooking grate to reduce flare up. Hope this helps and thank for always watching we appreciate you.
Hello looks delicious, I have one of the grills haven't used it in years now you got me ready to pull it out. I forgot the flavor it gives on steak and chicken breast. Thanks 👍
Chef, I have a Weber gas grill and have tried those tin foil "smoke bombs" on the burner to get a little smokey goodness. Its worked OK, are there other methods you can recommend? p.s. your grill and smoker collection is legend!
I hated that type of cut as a young kid. But had no choice or say-so, that is what Mom cooked, and that is what everyone ate. And you better eat everything. She knew how to season it for us. Man I used to just try and chew it and just sucked the heck out of it. LOL. Okay lets see how, and what you do with the worst cut of meat in the world. This should be fun. 👍✌
This meat is like butter when cooked correctly as you can see. Give it a shot now that you know how to cook it. Anything tastes fantastic when cooked properly. I hope this helps and thank you for watching as always, my friend.
Very nice Little Cooker, for sure! Thank you very much for putting the time to talk about some detail about the grilling process. Some people are not very experienced, and this definitely helps! Cheers!
Oh No! the Pasta is touching the meat, plate looks so good I'll eat it anyway. Thanks for showing how to grill corn. That's looks delicious. Imma made some of that pasta. Again Thanks for another nice video.
As always another excellent video. I guess flanks are more reasonable where your at then here in Texas. In the early 80's when they were cheap I'd use them for jerky. Watching you slice the flank reminded me of making a spicy lime, Serrano & cilantro vinaigrette & topping a salad with the thin sliced rare flank meat & vinaigrette. Really a great summer salad when it's hot out. Why I never made a spinach pesto is beyond me. I only regret my wife is not around to try it. I did make a pesto with cilantro, jalapeño & sunflower seeds. Keep cranking out the excellent videos. Now that I'm old, fat & single watching your videos really fills the void of not having someone to cook for myself.
