It's amazing how nearly 50yr old leather can have lasted so well!!!!!!! Front seats are comfortable, back is spring seat and honestly one of most comfy things have ever sat on!!!! Sure in the past all the foam has been redone in the stag!! and is a vinyl interior!!!!
I to agree with you gentlemen that today's vehicles look like each other that you cannot tell one from the other. One of the many reasons why I like your classic cars. Both the Rover and Triumph Stag are extremely rare in the US, so when I spot one, for me, it is an experience!
Out of nearly 41 million cars registered here I believe the latest figures in the UK are 6100 Triumph Stags on the road but only 89 Rover 2200 SC's !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Glad to see grumpy is back to normal, I agree with you on modern cars, I have an Hyundai, as well as a rover 45, but I must admit the Hyundai drives very well it's a diesel, but goes like hell
