I've got a 24 albemarle, which is a old foruma 233 hull. Yours looks ever similar. They are amazing hulls and are the best riding 24ft hull avaliable. Btw my boats 32 years old (; I'm not planning on ever getting rid of her
Nice re-power guys, you certainly do quality work.. good weight savings too, one question would it still be overloading that little Toyota ? Everything around here on a tri-axle needs to be a 2500 as a minimum ... cheers
matt brown I would have thought that boat would be around the 9000lb mark and they’re only good to tow 7700lb and the whole thing about all up 15000lb ! Matt Goudreau I believe the 26 version came about because the inline mercruisers were replaced by V6 which would no longer fit within the 25 beam, the 26 was a modified 25 but still mostly the Raymond Hunt designed 25.
Garage antics, take a look at Florida Sportsman project dreamboat, they bought a 31 Berty for $50k (US) and spent $500k in modifications 😱 but it is a classic..........
