Alex refers to the trips as "holidays", as we do in Australia. I know that "vacation" is the standard term in the US. Is it because Alex is Canadian that he says "holiday"?

A big win in this episode, in the 1st part of the round, as Blanche had won nearly every prize on the board, ex. 1, which 1/2 of them don't ever do so (after solving the puzzle). Anyways, she won $12,370, the highest record to date that a contestant has won.
