If I'm ever in a bad mood I just put on some random Joe Lycett stuff, which always cheers me up on the spot. In a market oversaturated by highly visible,but uninspired comedians, Joe rises above and creates something fresh and truly entertaining, in the good sense of that word.

🤣"Hello darkness my old friend...", love that song, written for 'The Graduate'. Such an iconic film. On a side note in Germany it was released as 'Die Reifeprüfung', that title still blows me away. Love it!

Not sure if you're joking, but in case you're not, the sound of silence was not written for the graduate, it was on simon and garfunkel's first album in its original acoustic version and then on their 2nd album in its more well known electric version. You might be thinking of mrs. Robinson, which was written for that movie and on their 4th album. Also, love the german title, didn't know that!

@@sarahburckle9441, yup yup Simon wrote the song about playing his guitar in the dark of his room when he was young It is often mistakenly said that Garfunkel wrote it about his blind friend
