One thing I've noticed is that they pass more than the current team. There's no greedy wingers trying to cut in and shoot all the time. Constantly moving a nd passing. This is a team our current crop are individuals

Not really disagreeing with you but Utd haven't had a CF to pass to for a long time. The wingers these days keep rotating from one match to another and bear the responsibility to shoot and score as forwards.

May 99 is the month I’d like to revisit, late in may in 1999 ole scored a goal in injury time what a feeling what a night I was there and it was 🥳

@@thevooghtinater3250 yeah what a night it was, and to be fair, i should've actually said May myself...seeing as my oldest son was born the day after the FA Cup Final and he was 3 days old and fast asleep in his little moses basket when the CL Final was on...i got bollocked by his Mum for screaming when we scored the first and then had to go and shout outside when Ole scored! 😂😂 Yes, what a night indeed!

He is, he’s Paddy Crerand. You’ve probably never heard of him, he only won a European cup with UTD in 1968. I used to sit next to him at Altrincham games. He knows more about football than most people.
