This is the first video in a series of videos regarding my project 1991 Rover Mini, also known as a Mini Cooper, Leyland Cooper or Classic Mini Cooper. This project was imported to the US early in the 2000s and is still in the USA. It is titled as a 1973 Mini because it was a grey market import.
