Just came across the channel Subbed. James Whale grew up in my hometown of Dudley in the West Midlands England. Our 11th century castle is said to be his inspiration for Castle Frankenstein, which he could see from his classroom window.
The classics are eternally originals. The characters are immortalized. And we as the audience always get a unique kind of experience watching them as pure entertainment from the past. Big thanks to the people who dedicated their life for preserving the awesome era of cinematic horrors.
It's worth nothing that it was Lon Chaney Jr who played the Wolf Man as his father was also a classic monster actor as well. Just for those who may not be aware. Also nice! Your Mark James is the Usher!
