There are so many things we buy that are mass produced. They cost so much money and yet they cost hardly anything for the company to make. This is craftsmanship. This is skill. This would be worth every penny. Thank you for a great video.
@@bklynmyke Actually you didnt leave it out, bro. I was agreeing and reiterating what you said. I just added an example. I wish more people are aware that these custom made products are leaps and bounds superior to so called popular brands.
Thank you for watching and your comment. Since everything is handmade, the amount of shoes we can make is limited... It cannot be like a mass-produced, but we'll do our best to make shoes for as many people as we can!
I’m a shoe designer and maker my self, and my father has been in the shoemaking sector for over 40 years, I showed him a video of yours the other day, he admired you a lot and told me about the nostalgia he had because you’re skills are so original and they’re just like what he remembers when he first started working at a shoe factory when he was about 11 years old.
Fellow shoemaker here. I can tell you with confidence theres only a handful of people left on the planet that have this skill and pursuit of perfection in our craft. Bravo sir! ❤ from Canada.
While it is true that few pursue their craft to this level of mastery, shoemaking is becoming more popular as a hobby. And that, at least, is making more people aware of the craftsmanship that goes into a fine, handmade pair of shoes. So, hopefully there will be many others to pass this knowledge on to.
I am not trying to insult the craft or the craftsperson but just genuinely curious to know that these shoes are polished from beneath so aren't these grip less or am I missing on something. Please, want to know.
There are not many that realize this is art at it's purest form. The skill of the master craftsman involved here and the briefest glimpse we get into their work is captivating. Watching something transform under their skilled hands from a piece of raw material to a perfectly finished product is breathtaking. The famous quote “Perfection is achieved when there is nothing left to take away” is all one can think of while watching this. Each small slice taken, each tiny adjustment, each movement of the material, all taken with the goal of reaching toward this perfection.
I am very happy to receive your compliments. However, I would like to develop my skills to make more precise and more beautiful shoes than I can at the moment. I will keep exploring the art of shoemaking!
@@SpokenWord4 Dude, just read the description under the video. That's what it's there for, Extra info. You will see the website that you can go to order on. Like we used to say back in the early day's RTFM.
MY GOD, I have never seen such patience, focus, serenity, skill, and bar none craftmanship in making a single pair of boots! I would love to own a pair of this Grand Master's art on feet! Give this man a standing ovation please !!!!
Such a joy to watch. Reading many comments on the mastery of this young man. I’m blown away by his talent and think of the years of dedication he has applied to get to this point. I’m also struck by the beauty of the tools he works with. I feel such admiration for this level of craftsmanship..👏
Yes - a part of me cries for the world that is so fast-consumer based, seeking instant gratification and for the most part, will never build such deeply rewarding and valuable skills, making beautiful things as we see here. How lucky we are to be able to enjoy this.
@BrightForest That's quite the assertion. Most of my finer shoes are indeed of the European hand made variety, but in my experience, it is very hard to go past Japanese mastery of whatever craft takes your fancy. Japanese hand-made golf clubs are another of my great passions. Make me tear up every time. Want to check out my sword collection mate?
I have to say, I would never aspire to have a job where I would be expected to wear something of this magnificent quality. But to own a pair of bespoke shoes of this level of quality would definitely be on my bucket list. I don't understand how somebody still quite young can have such high level craftmanship. It makes it almost scary to think of what he'll be able to create 20-30 years from now. Even the video itself is pristine quality. A pleasure to watch.
Wow - I swear I could smell the leather and the glue….i was blown away by his skills. Masters of their craft always make things look easy but you know that, if you attempted to have a go yourself, in reality you’d be missing a finger or two and be covered in dye within the first 5 minutes. If I lived there, I’d pay to just sit and watch him work. Amazing!
This is how things used to be made, skill, patience and attention to detail. We have progressed in many ways but in an awful lot of others regressed significantly. 👏beautiful craftsmanship.

If I am financially capability enough, I will order one pair of this skilled master just to keep not to wear to show my appreciation for his master craftsmanship.
Videos like these make me realize all the work and passion goes into the creation of high quality handmade stuff. Makes me want and hope in the end my final job is creating something. No matter what if it’s shoes, suits, or even games I’ll be happy to know the work I put in it and how it could help people or help change the world! Keep up the great work. Thank you for sharing!
That was one of the most impressive videos I have ever watched. This young man’s skill and craftsmanship is amazing. It does my heart glad to know that there are still folks in the world like this young man who take pride in their work.
This is such fantastic art, talent, workmanship and a pure joy to watch! Thank you Siroeno for continuing to post these beautiful videos! They bring much pleasure!
My grandfather made and repaired shoes. I used to hang around the shop and “help” when I was very little, in the mid to late fifties. Whenever I encounter a shoe shop now, a real rarity these days, the smells take me right back to his shop and my wonderful memories of him. Watching this video, I swear I can almost smell grandpa’s shop, those unmistakably distinctive shoe shop odors. I have tears in my eyes right now. Thank you so much. PS: I would so love to have a pair of your boots!
Such a young man with such unimaginable skills. Hard to imagine the years of training and dedication that went into building them. Beautiful to behold and thank you for sharing.
Beautiful results, you just keep improving and adding little things in Siroeno. Imagine 10 years from now your work will be even better! I am here for this.
In times when everyone wants everything now, in an irritatingly irrational way, we find these oases of calm and wisdom. For if so many people are willing to admire the beauty that time, practice and skill are capable of generating in the hands of a skilled craftsman, it is clear that we live life at an unnatural speed. Thank you for these bits of rationality
There simply is no greater asmr on the entire internet, not just YT, than these videos by Yosui-San! They document without words a timeless, intense and somehow deeply intimate labour - that is both calming n' mesmerizing to witness. I will never tire of them.🥾👢
Show this to anyone who says expensive shoes aren't worth the money. Amazing attention to detail, meticulous, patient, precise, this is a grandmaster shoemaker right here. 👏🏼
I'm no shoemaker. But a someone who loves Boots. From start to finish, I just keep on watching. Astonishing work. Truly master of your art. I was thinking that you'll use a belt sander, trimming machine like most shoemaking / repair video. But wow. Purely Handmade!!?? Great job sir. For something like this, it worth the money. Keep up posting your videos. 😊😊
I must admit the craftsman in the making of these boots/shoes is remarkable. For a moment I began to smell the leather as he worked it. And that is amazing to smell something that's even near your nose. I could watch this kind of videos and not get bored
This is the first time I watch video with tiny stitches. It's refreshing! Edit: My thought after finished watching. I watched dozens of handmade shoe videos but this particular one, his technique, skills, craftmanship are far different and unique than all the previous shoemaker I ever seen. He has his own way of displaying and making fantastic arts. ! !
Your talent, precision and grace while creating is spectacular and so relaxing to view. The sounds ( Not music, which is fine), but the machine and tapping, filing, cutting etc. Finest craftsman I have had the pleasure to watch. Thank you!
there's no doubt that's an excellent professional hand craft but the cameras and thee video editing are mind blowing this is by far the hardest and the best video editing i've ever seen on youtube.
Videos like these honestly make me appreciate the things we buy I may scoff at shoes that are 300€, but still there is a reason to why they have the price they have. Your content is inspiring and very soothing, thank you so much for your work. God bless you and continue your work, it is much appreciated. :)
It is wonderful to see young people carrying on the art of leather craft. It is obvious that he has learned his craft well from the older generation; his attention to detail is admirable! Fascinating!
These are beautiful. I appreciate all the care work skill and effort that went into making them. If we lived in Japan I sure would love to gift my father a special pair like this that would keep him warm and comfortable. Lol mama also not to be outdone wants a pair as confirmation of how much I love her too. You truly are a master craftsman brilliant at what you do.
I watched the whole of this video mesmerised by this man's talent and dedication to his craft. Such talent and perfection is very rare today. Mr. Siroeno Yosui you are a true master of your craft.

It is truly wholesome to read the comments of other experienced shoemakers expressing such deep respect for your skills and work. Your shoes are so beautiful and am sure anyone would be honored to wear them after seeing how you make them.
Absolutely stunning craftsmanship ! I looked online and was very surprised at how affordable these handmade, bespoke boots and shoes are from this manufacturer. Time to start thinking about what style I want in a pair from Sireno Yosui ...
I’m watching this in weekend night, with midnight rain outside with some hot chocolate. Ahhhh what a blissful night. Thanks for the video, its somewhat therapy for me
Who when buying boots or shoes ,stops for a moment and asks where do they come from who made them and the hard work involved? I know I haven't. Mesmerising as usual . I would love a hand made pair of boots made for me ,maybe I wouldn't have so much problems with my feet as they are wide. Thank you so much for this video. So interesting to watch.
It is pure art ! Fascinating! I am totaly lost in admirering your skills. Tanks för sharing them with us, not having had a clue before how to make shoes the real old det. What a show!
Amazing that there are still people who can create such personal works of art that can be worn. Being able to purchase a pair of these would make my day. I love suits and shoes/boots. Such attention to detail and so precise. Everything going toward making the best pair of boots within that moment, but always getting better with each pair made. Also love the music chosen for this video. Doesn't take away from what I'm watching, yet it's soothing and personal. Thank you for what you do.
I've been waiting for another upload! A pleasure to watch a skilled craftsman at work, and as a shoemaker myself I grab some useful tips and techniques from every video.
The amount of work and talent that you put into each pair is unbelievable. I'd love to have a pair made from you. I've watched so many of your videos I know what's next in the process lol. Phenomenal work my friend.
This is a wonderful work that exceeds description in creativity and mastery. It is not just a traditional boot, but rather a masterpiece. If I owned it, I would not use it, but rather put it in a glass box to be a shrine that I visit daily. I salute you, my dear brother, and thank you for the video
