i understood the whole thing. if you understand the concept of cooking then should be easy. ground beef grate onion, garlic, carrots inside and cook it down season it reasonable and seasoning Inst hard (salt, pepper, accent, red pepper flakes if u like spice) and he mentioned them worcestershire sauce, tarter puree ,and red wine make mashed potatoes which is self explanatory when their done mix in two eggs season them(self explanatory) and generously add Parmesan cheese assuming 1/3 to a half cup place in baking dish sizable to the amount you cooked and top with patato covering it all but enough to make a mound. again top with cheese and poke holes in the top, (most pies at baked anywhere from 350 on average to 380) id set to 350 so i can keep an eye on it, probably takes about 15-20 minutes to brown on the top bam done
