I bought my '94 Mach 1 for $250. The RAVE valve had slipped down into the cylinder and scored the piston so the owner, new to sleds, didn't know what was wrong and had no idea where to begin to fix it. My gain!! I've been riding the Mach for 5 seasons now as my favourite sled. It starts on one pull and can even go 200km (125 miles) on a tank at sensible cruising speeds. Since buying it, I've put on an SC-10 suspension which has vastly improved the ride and I've put on a hydraulic brake. The Mach is a rocket, and never lets me down. I'll never sell it!!
Absolutely love this sled, it's by far top of the list for fun, reliability and handling, it's pretty quick too, keeps right up with mid 2000s rev 600s. But my 05 mach z is a wild ride if your lookin for speed hahahah
Ill bet. my brother had a thunder cat 1000. that was a crazy fast sled. But i had a 98 mach z that was crazy fast too. lol. thing i love about the rotax,rave motors is run great, plus awesome on fuel and oil. happy trails.@@j.r.c.racing
