Thank you Aaron & Claire! Been watching over a year now, and my new mantra has been "don't worry 'bout it" ever since... Cooking is about creativity, access, and fun. Simply doing it, and learning the technique, is way more important than perfection - that's what you've taught me - and my cooking has been much better for it ❤
I absolutely love Asian food. Whenever I've tried to cook it, it's terrible. I've cooked so many of your dishes here in Australia and they all come out perfect. 100% perfection. When I cook to take to work to share, my Korean colleagues say it's better than what their mother cooks!!! They absolutely LOVE the Bulgogi noodles. That is probably my favourite too, followed closely by the Korean Fried Chicken. Who doesn't love KFC!!!
Haha Thank you so much for the huge compliment!!! We absolutely love hearing from you guys!!!! More yummy foods to come! Please keep looking forward to them! 😆🙌🙌
These videos are always so pleasant to watch. Both Aaron and Claire are wonderful, of course, and I love the food, and sometimes there's a brief guest appearance of a cute dog! What more could one want?
I stumbled onto your channel a while ago and I am hooked...love the substitutions and ease of preparation. You make it look easy enough for me to follow along...love Claire's feedback...makes me wish I was a neighbour 😊
Made this today and switched the bok choy for some soft celery I had to use and it turned out amazing!!!! Fish sauce, oyster sauce and korean chili paste were the best food investments I made this year ❤ trying bibimbap next!!
Thank you Aaron for making these videos. I already made four dishes using your guidance. And of course, the motive for making those dishes were Clair’s feedbacks. So thank so much to you both.
That really was an easy one to make & my mouth was watering. Always start out the video laughing when Aaron does the face puff😆 Good to see Hodu is keeping up her yoga skills. Sending ♥️ & 🙏
I love your videos! Just wondering about these dishes, are they good for meal prep through the week? I know fresh is always better but I like meal prepping as makes life easier. Keep up amazing food!
Thank you for saying that James! 👍👍 Unfortunately, this kind of noodle dishes are not suitable for meal prep. How about trying our ground beef bulgogi recipe? That's amazingly good for meal prepping my friend!😎
Love everything you two do. You're awesome 😊 Once I got over the metaphorical hump of ingredients to keep stocked and particular/simple skills, I find many Asian dishes to be quite simple. I'll still cheat a little from time to time but i always keep certain things on hand and I've found I can fix a huge variety of Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese dishes quite easily and fast. I want to start making my own kimchee this summer but i can buy really good and affordable kimchee locally soooo who knows. It would be fun as an experiment but maybe not as inexpensive and I'll always stock 3 or 4 different kinds of dumplings 😋
Hi, I have been watching your channel for years. Thank you for great recipes. I saw you cooked chicken, beef and pork. I wonder some Korean goat dishes from your channel. It would be a pleasure to watch ^^
Great recipe! Have followed number of times. Tonight tried with Pad Thai noodles with left over smoked beef. Worked great. Just had to do in reverse stir order to accommodate rice noodle requirements. Turned out terrific 🎉 Thanks much!!!!!
Hey, thank you for your awesome banter laden teamwork. Dish looks good. I have to stay away from starchy noodles for a while. Your Mongolian need/chicken/pork was unreal! Seriously. Better than the place down the road. Seriously! I love the way Aaron says “Don’t worry about it”. Thank you!
Although i put way too many noodles and by doing so I diminished the flavor level it still been very, very tasty! Thanks! By the way I love you videos! Keep up the good work!
Ah! Lo Mein is more saucy! Perfect. My inner stir-fry self is now complete. Thank you!! (and a huge thanks for bringing your wisdom and vids to us all!)
You had my mouth watering. None of the take outs near me have good Lo Mein. Yours looks so good. It’s in my recipes now and Im going to make it next time we get the urge for take out. First time Im here but wont be the last. Thanks for your video.
Sure! That would be awesome! 😎👍 (For more details or list of ingredients, please check the written recipe as well! aaronandclaire.com/easy-lo-mein-recipe/)
Hi there. 😊Lo Mein is one of my favorites. Thanks for making it look so easy. It looks delicious! I purchased your cookbook when it first came out. I have yet to make a recipe from it. Even though you make everything seem so simple, I’m still a little bit intimidated.😞
but aaarooon I only have medium dry sherry, but aarrroooon I only have 1 shade of soy sauce, and another soy sauce that is made via chemicals that i don't think is either...I hope the thick egg noodles I got are on point tho. Bout to late night cook this bad boy up with frozen eggrolls, and hand wrapped crab ragoons - there's no way this could end another way than full and happy! 😁😁
I could spend my entire day searching for ingrendients to make a great Lo Mein. Or I could just pick up the phone and order! Pittsburgh has some great chinese!
Hope you enjoy it, Jacob! 😁👍 (For more details or list of ingredients, please check the written recipe as well. aaronandclaire.com/easy-lo-mein-recipe/)
I love your videos. I learned a lot. I've been cooking Koreans food for 2 years now. And with your videos, Sir, I have improved my skills. I have a question Sir. Where do I get a knife like yours and a good wok. Hope uou can help me with that. Thanks and keep teaching us new dishes. ❤❤❤
Sesame oil is usually used at the end for extra flavor. For cooking, use a neutral-tasting oil with a high smoke point such as vegetable, grapeseed, peanut, canola, avocado oil, etc. Normally, I use grapeseed oil for all-purpose! 😊
