Real Estate now a days just caters to the ultra rich pinoys or foreigners. When you look at general housing, bakit di natin gayahin ang mga hapon na kahit maliit, maganda pa rin at functional. Dito kung ano pwede tipirin (small kitchen, few windows, small rooms, etc..) gagawin pero price tag 10+ million.
bakit pag gagawa/maghahanap tayong mga pinoy ng bahay, why do we not do a built in shoe closet/cabinet entering the house? Even though meron tayong tradition/nakasanayan na Iiwan yung outside shoes sa labas at bawal ipasok?
Hello! As you can see in the Roofdeck, there is a view of Baguio's Pine Trees! The Property is situated in an Exclusive High End Subdivision...most of the terrain inside is flat and not that mountainous which is very pristine and UNIQUE in Baguio as well!
@@marlo4887 here in Baguio... you cannot just cut pine trees anymore po. You can if it's residential but you have to go through a 'TOUGH' process. Our architecture team...when we design houses... we make it sure that the pine trees within the lot...'AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE' should be part of the design of the house WITHOUT COMPROMISING QUALITY AND SAFETY of our future buyers. :)
classical with modern finish? really! thats so wierd and way too much designs... and paint color is not modern or classical at all... when you say modern its all about bieng spacious! high cielings! not too much designs or details! all about glass all around and not some darkened rooms...
