Love this house! But the balconies are a safety concern, thinking about kids and pets.

Pros: The house has an overall nice feel, minimalist design with lots of natural light and ventilation. Cons: that pine tree is too close to the house, the placement of the stairs which face the main door and the layout of the laundry room which is too narrow. Exhaust from the rangehood in the kitchen should lead outside the house, not into the laundry room.

I would buy it. Ganda ng layout and design ng property. They should re-think or maybe re-do the balcony area. Just look! Sobrang prone sa accident yung harang. Natakot ako nug nakita ko na ganyan ang ginawa niong design. Nakamamatay. Maraming pedeng malalaglag pag tumambay ka jan- pets, bata, kahit lola mo na magkamali lng, lulusot jan sa harang.

If this house is not for you, then it's not for you. You can always tailor it to your liking. If want nyo eh yung talagang according to your preference eh better pabuild kayo not buy. Meron at meron bibili netong property na ito for sure.

Facade maganda sya, so far sa lahat ng bahay na binebenta sa baguio, eto lng ang OK sakin. Ito lng rin ang bahay na nakita ko na gumamit ng white countertop at sa mga bathroom Mejo alanganin ung sizes ng mga kwarto at pagkalagay ng mga bintana , pero ok na sya. Ok na sana ung br1 kaso hiniwalay pa ung bathroom nya😅 Master bedroom ok din sya kahit masikip, dapat pag may wallk in closet dapat may pinto sa pagitan ng bathroom dahil sa experience ko aamagin yung mga damit bag shoes etc, Maidsquarter, pinilit nlng kase mukang bodega sya.ung mga bintana , pano mo isasara at ioopen, kukuha ka muna ng upuan para tungtungan. So far, again ito lng ang bahay na nakita ko na ok na compared sa mga ibang bahay na binebenta sa baguio na sobran babaduy mas alanganin ang mga sizes ng mga rooms, mga black na counter tops pati sa bathrooms,at kulang nlng multo.

One of my worries about Baguio is its vulnerability to landslides. look at those houses on top. plus the effect of all those deep well on ground water that can cause sudden shift of elevation of an area. better make sure to consult reputable structural engineers before investing.

too many windows for an akyat bahay hotspot like baguio....lived there for 20 years..maka 20-30 times yta kami nalooban/nanakawan in 3 different houses...sa sobrang dalas...nakakapatamad na ireport sa pulis.😂

Yung rail sa balcony unsafe kasi may malaking butas sa rail. Parang hindi stable ang rail sa balcony. Very unsafe, the architect and contractor needs to regard the safety features of the house.

The house is very nice, but I would've minimized the other parts to make the inside bigger. Also, I feel insulted by the maid's quarters. Bakit ganyan eh bodega halos na yan eh. Tao ang ititira mo diyan tapos sa ganun mo ilalagay? Give them a proper room kahit maliit. Not a by the way one.
