À l’heure de l’intelligence artificielle… Cette musique iranienne du fond des âges et du cœur devient une musique essentielle et de résistance… Infini gratitude
Never been to Iran just a small town boy from Canada but I must say the more I listen the more I feel the magic of the Persian culture! Absolutely Beautiful. All people of the Earth are so amazing and yet we all fight with each other over different interpretations of God, instead of respecting and loving one another as god had intended???
This music was written and performed at present. We did get out if darkness 41 years aback, then a shade of grey Islam shrouded us..................still better than cheap imitation of western culture.
@@sohrabnizoumi-berizi328 I love this music and I deeply appreciate everything regarded the Persian culture. I pray for a better political situation in this amazing country, as in all the rest of the world. We all need it, especially these hard days 🙏
The best memories are brought back when I listen to this magical music. My dad played this music for us all the time and he was a good musician. Great Sunday afternoon meditation music. I light a candle and wish for peace and harmony for all of us.
Absolutely amazing, beautiful, mesmerizing, exotic & wonderful. Hearing this style of music, simply takes me away, to another very special land. A land named........IRAN. :-) Peace & positive blessings to all Iranians & to all globally.
The fantastic, rich and finesse of an amazingly beautiful and Loving as well as deep culture on display in the audio form. Long live Iran and its amazing people.
Thanks for the positive contribution of this great nation which is unjustly under siege from the USA, Israhell and their allies. May God bless Iran and return it to prosperity and it's former glory. I will always support Iran.
Lovely. It only reminds me of my friend and his warm and loving family who didn't care what nationality or religion you were associated with..if your were kind, polite... and especially artistic or musical, you were adopted as part of the family.
@Daniel Svraka I think you mean radical Islam. All religion has militant doctrine. Many of the atrocities the United States has rationalized it does so with radical Christian doctrine. The take over of conservative representation by puritanical far right perspectives in the states, also the result of radical Christian doctrine. The struggle is the same everywhere. It isn't religion versus the non-religious, it's those who believe in the universality of humanism versus those who do not.
@@BeholdJesse nah. Islam has yet to face a reformation. That has got to happen before we start addressing ages old issues with Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Judaism. FIRST. Theirs is the culture of death and colonialist racism trying to snuff out freedom all over the world. If there is anything of worth to be saved of the faith, then its adherents need to face reality, because the rest of the world is sick and tired of their extremist bullshit, just as we tired long ago of the domination of the Catholic church, any religion that has conquest as a major point of their faith needs to reform, or simply disappear into the pile of forgotten and obsolete beliefs.
Hi, I don't know how I ended up here, but it's like a musical revelation for me. I had the occasion to listen to a lot of musical genres, from grind core to baroque music, mostly Occidental music. Now that I really pay attention to the melodies and rythms in this video, it's like music is not the same for me anymore. I now know that there are vast musical horizons beyond jazz or electronic music that I didn't believe to exist. So much finesse in the notes and rythms here just let me astonished. It seems so precise and so flexible at the same time. I'm very grateful, thank you for sharing this with such a musically narrow minded guy like me !
Dastgāh-e Šur (Persian: دستگاه شور) is one of the seven Dastgāhs of Persian Music (Classically, Persian Music is organized into seven Dastgāhs and five Āvāzes, however from a merely technical point of view, one can consider them as an ensemble of 12 Dastgāhs).
With all due respect, this Santur and originally Persian music instrument. If other play it in the region they simply learned how to play it. This is one of few signature instruments of Persian music. Not India or any other country!
I stumbled upon this by accident, but it was a very fortuitous accident. This is absolutely brilliant. Can't wait to find some more. I'm sure I have heard this, or some similar instrument, in some Dead Can Dance tracks. Thank you so much for this.
simply glorious! This is the first time I've heard this instrument, and an impressed, and touched, and moved. I wish I cold have heard his with my (now late) father. He was a musician himself, and loved all kinds of music and instruments. I know he would have loved this, as I now do. Thank yo, so very much for your artistry.
Hi Susannah you still can listen to this with your late dad, bless his soul, sit down in a quiet place, relaxing put the music on, use a symbol I.e. a picture of your dad opposite you, a glass of good red 🍷 and you will feel his smile from heaven 🌹
Thanks so much for uploading. It can not get any better than this. I wish I knew who is playing the Tomback, he is just outstanding. I am also so grateful to Ostad Farjami.
This music is great! I'm absolutely mesmerised. I'm not surprised that Byron, Goethe and many other Europeans in history were inspired by Persian and other Near East cultures.
For some reason this reminds me of experimental jazz, before jazz was a thing, far from the origins of jazz, as in across the world, as in this music is interwoven with nature, as in this sh** is otherworldly. It's... utterly... enchanting 😍
Ha --- i'm listening to this at the same time as i'm listening to my melodic heavy rock band free-jamming --- and it sounds AWESOME together ! Stellar-Shredadelic !
