Kindergarten classroom Setup Day 3 was very productive! I got my number line up and got lots of things taken down! Soon, I'll be able to work on classroom organization! I hope you aren't getting sick. You have a lot to do and you might not feel stressed but maybe you are. Make sure you are getting enough rest/sleep and eating well. You need to be well to look after Joseph and teach your class, so if the room doesn't look perfect when you start back at school, it doesn't matter. What does matter is that you are fit and well. Loved the video, your brick wall looks amazing.

Sarah are you still struggling with Autoimmune? I am seeing a functional dr and she said Lupus is linked to mold toxicity … you can get that tested but it is expensive.. I have lupus and PsA (the reason I retired from teaching). I am not eating gluten and dairy and it helps some. Good luck going back to teaching. ❤️🙏🏻

I am trying to figure out how to make something cool with that fabric but my principal was so concerned about the tent. 😭 It worked so well in my last two classes though. I was thinking she would let me do like a canopy without sides maybe.. I'm not sure I want to ask. She also doesn't want me to bring the roll top desk. She's very nice though. But I think she just has to get to know me. None of my students ever went near my roll top desk before.

Sarah, some schools or districts set aside money for teachers to spend on their classrooms and students each school year. You may want to check on this, especially since you’re teaching at a new location.

Looks like your classroom is spreading a ton of dust and allergens through the ventilation system. Could be irritating and causing nose and throat stuff. I'd take an allergy pill before you go back in and maybe talk to your principal about some ventilation maintenance.
