Agree with Claude Hamon III stating that it will be bad for the majors and the Ryder Cup to exclude many of the best players (who are on LIV). It's very disappointing to hear him make the clueless or stupid statement where he calls (lost in the) Woods the first athlete on tour (he definitely wasn't) . Sam Sneed was an athlete! Ben Hogan (even though he smoked) was an athlete. Gary Player was an athlete! Greg Norman and Nick Faldo were athletes! Bill Glasson was an athlete. The list can go on and on... There were a ton of players at the professional level that were athletes (and much more athletic than Woods) long before Woods ever existed. Anyone who gives Woods any credit for doing anything that has never been done before in the game should be ashamed, and is being very idiotic!
