East Manhattan community leader Claude L. Winfield is honored at a Black History Month ceremony on February 15, 2024, at the Wilmer Jennings Gallery at Kenkeleba House at 219 East Second Street in Manhattan.
Hosted by New York State Assembly Member Harvey Epstein, the presentation includes remarks by Epstein and Winfield. Co-host New York State Assembly Member Grace Lee and master of ceremony Ayo Harrington also appear in this video.
The evening affair also honored Harrington, Amy Taylor, Murara Boniface, Herman Hewitt, Sheila Hart, Danette Chavez and Mariama James.
