my points to ponder: (my notes basically hahah) - humility - feeling small - love every experiences / trials / - connection with family - tell the truth when journaling!!! - START WHERE YOU ARE - you won't know everything - like claudia, im 22 now and im also re-starting my life!!!! my college really took its toll on my mental health. and now that im out of it, i feel rerefreshed!n - trial and error when it comes to people i think i know 🙃 - YOU HAVE TIME thank you so much for this episode. i learned and relate a lot!! thank you for reminding me that i should start writing on my journal hahah love you both!!

I have also realised this around the same age with you guys, and now I'm already turning 27, living my best genuine life yet. I learned to take everything slow, be present and just enjoy life and that it's okay to take your time and not stress yourself out with pushing and being hard on yourself to meet your personal goals that you made when you were younger. IT IS OKAY TO ADJUST YOUR PERSONAL DEADLINES. I also feel blessed that I was able to learn and realise that earlier in life because some got to realise that later in their life and some never. I love love love listening to you both and this is just a nice collab. It makes me think like the world is in a better place when you're learning vital life lessons/truth from someone who's so much younger than you.

When you’re not on your head, when you’re unconscious, they see those moments. That’s why its so special to have that bond like your family knowing you that way or even friends because very few people in your life will get to see those moments when you’re not too perfect and for me that’s such a privilege. That’s such a gift because it’s a gift to know someone that way. Sometimes I get to argument with my siblings like “Why are you like this” “You shouldn’t be like this.” Like thinking I was better. And then you kinda realize wow but you know what “Thank you for showing me like who you really are because no one else knows this.” This is a privilege. That means that our connection is so deep that you’re unafraid to show me even the bad parts. ✨ -Claudia I love this part. It’s a privilege to know someone’s vulnerability or imperfections. Treasure those people who trusts you.

I appreciate how Claudia acknowledges that having the opportunity to work on yourself during this time is something that not everyone is blessed to have. It's refreshing to see and hear someone from an affluent background to talk about self-improvement this way. This is very eye-opening and heartwarming. You both are very successful young women in your industry, yet I can relate to the struggles you both experience as someone who grew up differently. It does feel like chaos sometimes because we envision a destination, however, we don't have the patience or motivation to enjoy the process; the process is simply what makes the destination so important. Then, we run into a neverending cycle of beating ourselves up because we don't achieve this or that or know this 100%. Altogether, your friendship is priceless! You both have beautiful souls!
