I once encountered a bunch of people from the League of Women Voters doing a registration drive in an urban setting. I asked them if they held similar sign ups in the suburbs and the woman answered : “no, we don’t do that because we might get the WRONG KIND of voters registered”. I took this to mean they were only interested in getting democrats registered. This is exactly what Tenney is talking about. It’s also why it was wrong for Zuckerberg to spend $400 million in a get out the vote project that overwhelmingly targeted democrat districts.

You Go Claudia! I'm out of your district by a mere 3 miles on one side and about 6 on the other. To the North is Lake Ontario, and to the East is the gerrymandered 25th NY Congressional district I am trapped within by Dumbocraps once again. If you were my Rep, I'd vote for you. I drive past the yard signs on the way to and from work. Instead of my Red voting town being represented by a rural understanding Conservative Republican, I get represented by a leftist urbanite DumboCrap.
