I experience what she is experiencing. Once you have a trauma, it is for life. It takes years to learn how to live with it. I didnt take medicine but I try the natural way which is meditation, mindfulness, self-love and self-compassion. It's been 3 years already and still working for my healing. You can be healed. This is so heart-felt. I used to be ignorant about people with mental problems/disorders. We will never really know something we haven't been in and the least we could do is to not speak ill of those who have it.

I hated Claudine before because of some bad issues with her. But this time, I changed my thoughts about her. Now I admire her. Her good heart and compassion for adopting a child not once but several times are really admirable. Helping someone and accepting them as your children is imitating what God does.

Ang ganda-ganda ni Claudine dito. I met her once in Tagaytay (during her younger years), and she was so nice and warm. I really hope that she can do a comeback on doing teleseryes and this time, much stronger and more consistent & stable.

I like Claudine’s answer about her siblings. Sincere and honest. I really wish her the best, I was diagnosed with GAD too. I’m glad Philippines is more open minded now with mental health.
