You have to buffer the ff4

When the character you are fighting hits the highest part of the screen after a launcher, before/as they are beginning to fall input the ff4, I have a pretty good success rate

wait until the opponent reaches the arc of launche the enter it in it'll hit everytime

It depends on situation: b4,2 can be used to wall splat if you have a stage where you can break walls. b4,2 also gives starburst which is valuable for claudio to have either beefier combos or safer options, at wall also this move gives a bit more oki. b 4,3,2 gives a bit more damage and can be also better in certain stages, those with floor break/bound. ending with this at wall is not that bad because you can guarantee that the 2 lands at the end for damage but enemy can quickstand and you don't that much oki and you neither gain starburst Pretty much go with what you feel is the best for you. In combos is good to know also that some are optimal on other things not just damage, like carrying as far as you can to the wall and oki

My best advice would be to wait to press the dash input until near the end of the previous move where you can buffer the dash and then sorta “hold” the forward button for the desired time then try to press the back and 3 input or whatever direction + button combo at the same time so that you don’t accidentally move backwards. The “hold” is going to be super short but you can somewhat control how far he microdashes by changing up the timing between when you buffer the dash and when you press your next move.
