Claypot Crab 🦀 Vermicelli (Crab Tang Hoon) 

Claypot Crab Glass Noodles Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 mud crabs (500g) freshly slaughtered, gills discarded and cut to smaller pieces
4 dashes white pepper powder to taste
2 tbsp rice wine
1 cup water
100grams glass noodles soaked in a bowl of water until softened, drained
50g pork belly sliced
Finely chopped coriander to garnish
Aromatics
7 peeled garlic cloves
1 tsp red peppercorns
1 stalk coriander roots
1 thumb size ginger sliced
Sauce Seasonings
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Thai fish sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
