I dont normally make recipes i see on youtube, im lazy. But this time around, your mee curry waw so tempting that i was craving and eager to make. You wont believe the results...ITS So Soooo DeLicious, creamy rich with flavors, ...we ate it for lunch and dinner, my nephew went seconds and he is a picker weater😂

We have TomYum noodles here but Mee Curry Laksa is something different. The noodles look very tempting. The ingredients are easy to get here. When i make i shall giv u my feedback.

Hi Siva @'kicking lemons' I followed your recipe to the last dot...and wonder of wonders...it turned out so perrrrrfect.was so yummy 😋🤤. after this no more going to hawker stall for curry mee.homemade it will be.I garnished my bowl with mint leaves before tucking it in.semma rusi.

Belacan, commonly referred to as shrimp paste, can be substituted with a combination of shrimp shells and chicken in your stock water. If you are unable to find belacan in your area, simply adjust the recipe by adding a little more shrimp shells and chicken, and remember to season the soup with a little more of salt 😍
