I think you & JoJo toured this model before, at a different location. To me I love that this house have a den/theater room, that is always a plus for me, also not having the primary right in the living room as well is a bonus. But for me this house would not be worth it not at 130k because I would opt out of all of the farm style look in the house, up grade to a more modern style & full drywall throughout. Although, the primary wasn't in the living room, the primary was a total let down & that primary closet was a serious joke! But by the time I change out the whole style of the house the price would more likely be 160k + if that case I will be better off finding a modern style house from the beginning. Like the Clayton Home The Rocket Man a 130k house to me with everything for very simple house. I love that house!!!
Location is all I can tell you. I really don't know why. Maybe the one you looked at has more upgrades. Or your price has delivery and setup added in. I'm not sure. It could be many things
Nice layout but not out of this world, maybe for a book worm readers who aren't interesting in entertainments. As far as the furnitures and decor goes, it looks like it was designed by grandma. lol! No TV, no entertainment at all. Just boring home. Not my taste. But thanks for the video. 👍
