I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I love the electric fireplace, the island in the kitchen, and open shelves in the kitchen area and dining area, I would call that one room a pantry leading into the laundry room. I especially love the master bedroom and bathroom. The barn doors lead into the master bathroom. I love how spacious it is. May God bless you and your family.❤❤❤❤❤

A lot of videos with unhappy Clayton buyers online. They don't seal the floor where the pipes come through from the bottom in various locations. A lot of problems with rodents getting into the homes. Complaint after complaint that they don't fix the problem once the house is sold. They are a no-go builder for me.

I love the kitchen except, I would move the extra island to the other end of the island and remove the glass partition, move the fridge next to the living room and side door. I would put in a double oven where the fridge was to compliment the drop in stove, I prefer a counter height microwave. I prefer a gas fireplace, but I do love the stonework around the electric fireplace. Great home layout.

This is amazing! Love the kitchen. Though I don’t believe that’s a pantry, too far from the kitchen, more of a storage. The price is cheaper than I thought as well.

WOW!!!!! Somebody took my idea and put it in one of their homes!!!! This is how I would separate open rooms........giant window walls, or large bookshelves, or knickknack shelves, or something to separate the rooms! I love this giant window wall divider!!!! They need one between the kitchen and living room as well.

They’re both walking with canes and they’re in their late 70s and 80s so we need something that we have a manufacturer that’s 94 and it’s so tore up from the floor up so they don’t know what we’re gonna do, two months ago when it rained there was water coming straight down from the porch love the videos take care and have a good week

That is a terrible kitchen! There's just a lot of it. Why are there no upper cabinets? Horrible set up in my opinion. And who thought that freestanding glass wall belongs in a kitchen? Just wrong, wrong and Hell No! 😬 👎

I really do not like the layout of this house. First,I never like a sink in the island. Second, not enough upper cabinets. It would be awkward to store your dishes,glasses,etc in a lower cabinet. Thirdly, if anyone entered the home from the side door they would have to walk thru the pantry to get in. You usually want to hide all your stuff not have it on display.

Eliminate that big window in primary closet, wall with upper and lower hanging. Add transient window for light . I like kitchen with long island. Poor placement of microwave.Eliminate that glass divider/ Dining room. I like pass thru into laundry half pantry,half storage.Remove those WIRE racks and add 4-6 shelf cabinets.Eliminate those wire racks all over the house.Thanks Chance

Hello Chance. Well, looking at the floorplan the Utility Room has the Water Heater AND the Furnace in it, where they belong. But you are showing a floorplan with the Water Heater access being in the bedroom closet! Which is it? As a matter of fact, the floorplan shows a spot for an Upright Freezer in the Utility Room, right in front the back door.

It’s a very nice design personally a bit too rustic for me for every living …but for a weekend cottage, it would be perfect. They’re only thing that I find kind of “cheap” (and excuse me if I use this word )is the wire racking they use in the pantries and in the closets! They need to get away from those wire racking

Same, but this is pretty amazing. They don’t do true modular, I hear, so financing interest rate, insurance, all that will cost you more.

Those was a beautiful home..... Very spacious! I love the layout, the windows in the dining room were amazing! I didn't mind the lack of upper cupboards because there seemed to be lots of lower cupboards. I wasn't crazy about the microwave placement, I'm getting too old to be bending lol. I think the only thing i really didn't like was the table against the island. It just looked very awkward being different materials, patterns and height. I would have preferred maybe just a much longer island. That's it tho, everything else was beautiful!

I think the glass wall thing is pretty, but all I can see is a ball hitting a pane of glass and/or fingerprints from my grandson all over them! Also, the TV area would look better without the bump out. My opinion, of course! I love the pantry though!

I watched a video about how a family bought a manufactured home and when they finally moved in found all kinds of broken, nicked, out of line things wrong with it and they said they would come and fix everything but never did. If Warren Buffet owns Clayton homes, that's the company they bought it from. Having said that, this house is gorgeous!!! It doesn't look like there's a thing wrong with it!!!!!!

Good morning, God Bless America! This one just left me wanting I love the windows ,but the addition to the island is just a waste . The placement of the microwave is awful. Large laundry room, but NO SINK? Water heater in closet😢. I do like the window in the master closet. Beautiful windows in master bath as well sadly they don't open! Like the three entrances. But this one has too many strikes for me. Thank you for doing all the foot work for all of us looking for a nice home ...

There is a lot of wasted space. No upper cabinets. And i don't like the front door opening right into the living room. Why would ypu put the microwave that low? It doesn't make any sense, you have to basically sit in the floor to use it.

I love this layout, EXCEPT the water heater being on the far end away from the master and the kitchen. Probably take the linen closet in the master and add another water heater to cover the entire area....I'd do insta-heats for them both, with a smaller one underneath the sink area for direct heating,personally. ( gotta save running water so long until the heated water gets there, and this big of a house with the water heater that far from the master would make you have to run a lot of water wasted down the drains...well water person here so I know it matters to some...lol ) A few more vents in the ceilings of certain room, butcher block tops in the kitchen on all tops are a must. That shower is NICE but I'd do tile in the floor and a lower or possible zero threshold entrance. No carpet, all LVP throughout. Colors, Love. Exterior, Love. Not loving the window in the master closet as you lose a whole wall for shelving...lol. ANYWAY, thanks for showing this one. This would be PERFECT set up on a large piece of land with a pasture behind it and a nice fish pond...one can dream..lol Cheers.

Overall it's not bad. I do like the closet in the foyer. A place to put your wet/muddy jackets and shoes when you come in. I don't think access to storage under the kitchen island should be facing away from the main cooking area. I would hate to walk around that long island to get something. I feel the fridge is too far away from the stove. I prefer to have the kitchen sink located along a outside wall. Under a nice window, but that's just me. I'm not sure what the little built in desk under those cabinets is all about.

I would never get a Clayton home, knowing what I know now and with all the lawsuits, the way the treat people and how they’re ripping people off it’s really sad. People work hard to have their dream home and even paying a lower price it’s a sacrifice they’re making and for this company to take advantage of people it’s sickening.

Don't like the added table at the end of the counter, rather have a regular counter. Need a utility sink! Shower only in guest bath.! Rather have a transom window in main closet and more hanging space and at last no tub in MB.
