I just found Clean Mama and already love it. Thank you for a great, in-depth review of her planner. I love that everything for a home is laid out. As a single parent who has a chronic disease, homeschools, and runs a business my mind is cluttered enough. Having someone tell me what should done to keep a clean home is priceless.

If you have multiple "jobs" that take you out of the home having a cleaning service becomes a necessity. I do appreciate the 5 daily tasks some of which can be assigned to the kids and my husband 😉
It’s a beautiful planner. I can totally see this being great for anyone who doesn’t have their own routine down pat or is starting out on their own for the first time. The aesthetics call to me but I know that I won’t use it because I have my own routine. Still nice to see how it looks.
I don't have the planner but I purchased one of her downloadable printouts. Although, I don't incorporate all of her tasks I do use some of them and really like it. I also like those new daily task stickers that you can just stick into any planner. It would be handy if she sold a pack of those separately. As always, a great review. XO
Amanda, I've been watching lots recently on the fly lady system. I did purchase a print off for her control journal... Since I'm a newbie still, I was just wondering if there are any thoughts on that system, or if I could incorporate any of Clean Momma accessories to that control journal?
HI:) I haven't ever used the fly lady system...and don't know much about it (although I have heard about it a lot!). I bet there are some comparison videos on RU-vid of the 2 systems and that might help you?! Sorry I don't know enough to help.
Yes you can most definitely combine them. To me, fly lady is more broad and clean mama is more task oriented. So with your fly lady zone, clean mama gives you the tasks to do. So if the zone is the kitchen, clean mama gives you specific tasks to do in the kitchen. That’s why I like clean mama. Just telling me to “clean the kitchen” doesn’t help. My home is also smaller so my kitchen isn’t that big so it won’t take me a whole week to do. I need to know what I’m supposed to do in the kitchen.

I have my daily and weekly tasks set up and made into habits, so I don’t really need this level of reminders. But I love the back section because the seasonal, quarterly, and monthly tasks can sometimes get away from me! I wonder if she has some of those back pages as printable?
That is a hard choice:) Both wonderful planners! I haven't had Kimmy's planner to review, but I have reviewed in the leafy tree tops Mom on the Go so I know their quality:)
Am I challenged? I am setting up January monthly - it’s undated so I’m trying to start on the 1st which is a Saturday but… there isn’t enough room am I doing it wrong?
Her months have 5 weeks (like most dated and undated) calendars. On month's that start on a Saturday like this you will have to share days on the last week. Like in January- my dated monthly calendar is sharing in the 5th week sat & sun.
