Thank u for this I think cleaning ur room can be very therapeutic but also very stressful and overwhelming and sometimes u just don’t feel like it. My family is moving this summer (June-August) and my parents want us to get rid of all the junk in my room and I’m getting anxiety just thinking abt it cs I’ve lived there all my life so I have lots of junk

Coming from someone who consistently has a clean room, just tap into your inner OCD and move literally ANYTHING out of place on the daily. Idk if this will help you but it helps me heaps!
