Thank you, I appreciate that. I always figured at some point I would get a regular truckmount but now I just ask myself why should I? My machine squirts, sucks, and heats... the same thing they all do lol. But yeah, I'll probably just use this until I get too old to clean anymore.
What is this thing? Is it vacuuming? Not steam right, and doesn’t look like a shampooer.. oh so it’s like a deep vacuuming or brushing?.. I see, okay cool
@naturaldirtqueen that's what the crv was used for and it appears that the owner vacuumed before hand. Generally mack vacuums before he starts recording.
Do you clean tile with that pump? Can the little giant handle 1220 psi if you do? What pressure do you clean carpet at. That old nylon really stands up well. Thank you.
Yes I clean both carpet and tile with the pump. I clean carpet between 500-550 psi and crank it up to 1200 psi for tile. As for the heater, I doubt it would handle 1200 psi. If I remember correctly, the 2HT like I have is rated for 600 psi and are tested at the factory at 900 psi. I just bypass the heater for tile cleaning and connect the solution line directly to the pump at 1200 psi. What I *used* to do was set the pump at 800 psi and use the heater but I found that I would get better results at 1200 psi with no heat than 800 psi with heat. Plus I wasn't risking blowing a hole in the heater coil. I had heard for a long time that heat wasn't necessary for T&G cleaning and now I believe it. Of course I'm not doing any grease pits or anything, just residential and light commercial.
