I placed a bid on this car on an online auction and surprisingly won it for half what my maximum bid was! Hope you enjoy watching me get it clean. Contact me on autoshineyoutube@outlook.com
Subscriber from Los Angeles CA USA, really enjoy your videos. I was in the detailing business 20 years ago, it's not for the faint of heart. The Steam cleaner and cordless drill with an agitating wheel are very effective in getting a deep cleanse inside of a vehicle. Keep up the great work!
Now you can write in the announcement about the sale: „perfect condition, owner not smoking, the car was treated as a family member, caring on a regular basis” 🤣 Great job 👏🏻
Watching from the US. Something oddly satisfying about seeing a dirty car become clean again. It’s amazing what just a simple vacuum can do. Thanks for sharing.
Hello from Minnesota, USA! I have been greatly inspired from your work and finally tried my hand at a more in-depth cleaning on my wife's old car that was trashed from her and my kids. I was shocked at how nasty it was! More than that, it amazed me what a nice car was hiding under all the muck. Now I think I am hooked! Moving onto her newer vehicle this weekend maybe. It's a lot of work, but so satisfying to see the end result!
I have a special place in my heart for the Focus. Loved seeing this one cleaned up after a rough life being driven by a rodeo clown. -- As for interests and hobbies.... I've found myself between hobbies. Don't have much to do outside of work these days.
Watching from Westlake, Ohio near Cleveland. The focus looks great. Smoking deal. Just did my own fleet today....took all day. BMW X5, VW Jetta and a pair of Volvo S60s. Lost of work but satisfying when done.
Good to see you have started wearing a respirator to protect your lungs from long-term exposure to all the spray chemicals and the dislodged bacteria. Eye protection is good as well. Ear protection for all the time you spend with the vacuums running would help your hearing when you are older.
This year I are mostly enjoying fettling and sailing my recent acquisition in form of a very cheap slightly scruffy 40 year old Westerly Centaur yacht. Very calming!😊🙏🏻😌 a bit like watching your videos!
Josh and his wife here! We’re from just outside Baltimore/Washington D.C. Her hobby is baking, and my hobby is painting miniatures (vehicles, tabletop figures, Gundams, etc). We’ve really been enjoying watching your channel grow! Question for the Q&A: how did you and Amy meet? Also, does she share your interest in cars or is it just your thing?
The magician stars again folks! If the dealers who flipped that car met you, they'd kidnap you. I'm convinced now you're the best in the industry. Well done!
Hello from California! Seeing this video makes me fell better about the state of my Focus. She's no where near this dirty. Just needs a bath, quick vaccuum and a wipe down.
I love turning wood at any time of the year. In the winter here in Canada I love skiing and snowmobiling too. I live near the Rocky Mountains. Excellent job on the car.
This is your 2nd video that I watch. I like your channel because you seem like my kind of guy - a really honest hard working lad, and you are good at what you do. 2nd reason is to get more familiar with that Scooeish accsint, which btw sounds awesome. Good music too!
Had the same focus with petrol engine. Good car it was. Detailed from day one and was in perfect condition. Just bought a c-max few months ago. Cheers from Croatia.
I've enjoyed your video from Houston, Texas, U.S.A. I'm shocked the previous owner, so egregiously filthy inside, was so fastidious mechanically. The little car turned out beautifully. The right wheels made a massive difference. Congratulations on a good buy and excellent work. I hope you make a ton of money on the transaction.
Watching from Dearborn, Michigan USA. My team is responsible for testing seats and am amazed at the process you use for cleaning the seats and the hardware.
Just a suggestion. I’ve been detailing cars for years and one thing I do that really makes a difference and it noticed by the customer right away is I lift the car and remove the wheels. I have a large round aluminum tank I soak the wheels in and scrub the inside and outside of the wheel and it’s amazing how they look new after. I don’t do this step on vehicles with steel wheels and hubcaps I only do this on factory allow wheels or nice painted wheels. It takes about and hour to do all four but looks amazing afterwards. Wheels look great cleaning the outside of the wheel but when you look through the holes of the wheel and see horrible brake dust or road grime it looks bad. Just a suggestion, your an awesome auto refinisher.
Watching from Hamilton Scotland. 🏴 another great video, my hobby is tinkering with cars if the weather permits as I don’t have indoor space to work. Keep the videos coming very enjoyable.
Well for the first question i‘m from Germany and for the second one in my free time i‘m a volunteer firefighter. I also like wrenching with old cars and computers.
Watching from Canada. Great job on the video. Love the accent, it was tough slogging at first but towards the end of the video... I understood every word you said! :) I own a 2012 Focus SE hatchback and am familiar with every nook and cranny you cleaned. Nice job all around!
Scottish girl who can't drive but loves watching car cleaning videos. The sounds are relaxing if you ever want to do a longer vid without the soundtrack 😊
hi Gary, Amy, Moose, hope you are all well. Another awesome clearance and a nice wee motor under all that ****. I'm watching from just up the road in Glasgow. Hobbies? I like watching motor racing, follow F1 but can't see it live anymore cos i don't have sub TV. Really miss V8 Supercars from Australia cos you can only get it on Vir*** cable tv. But as well as watching you doing your magic, i like watching People making things on youtu**. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe and keep up the good work. 👍🖖🐕😉
You don’t post follow ups on the other cars you buy, clean and sell. Like, did you sell the little van? Did you make some profit? It’d be nice to have a little video of you making the deal and watching a happy person drive off in a nice, clean vehicle that you put the hours into making it fresh and new! Just a suggestion... thanks!
Watching from sunny Somerset. Good to see a channel that has everything. Comedy, hard work and cars. A lot of appreciation shows your doing a great job, keep it up fella 🤙🏻
hjemis and i thought my car as dirty haha all I have is a bit of dirt on the floor from use I can’t believe people just spill drinks and throw their food and other things on the floor disgusting!
Your videos are very addictive. Living in Romsey, England, my hobby, expedition and overlanding in my Toyota Surf. Preparing to go to Iceland for a 3 weeks next year.
Oh, and for the issue with keeping the connectors dry, you ought to be able to give it a good blast with the tornador on air only if you get water in it (I work in manufacturing of electronics and hot-water cleaning followed by air blast to dry the assembly is part of the process with certain products)
G’day and greetings from Tasmania Australia 🇦🇺 I always enjoy watching your videos and I know that it’s been said before but to see how filthy these cars are is a understatement and you do wonder what their homes are like. One thing I would like to ask you is how do you do or what is the best way of cleaning the bloody windows I’ve tried everything and still I get smears ect. It was good to see you using the steamer I have one by monster it’s an Italian cleaner that looks the same as yours I’ve had it for years, and if anyone wants to buy one never buy those cheap ones that are advertised every now and then. I’m 62 yo and I admire your business ethics and the quality you do and if I was over there I would get you to detail mine as my rheumatoid arthritis isn’t all that good some days. My hobby is miniature live steam engineering thanks a lot kind regards John
Hohenfels. Although I'm not originally from germany, I'm from the US. But I love Germany and have lived here almost 3 year. Sadly my time here is coming to an end soon. 😭
