Cleaning a Paint Sprayer Graco SG2 Spray Gun
To clean a Graco SG2 Spray Gun that came with your Graco Magnum Airless Paint Sprayer:
1. Remove the spray guard
2. Remove Handle
3. Remove Filter
4. Clean Cylinder
5. Replace filter
6. Remove and clean pin and seat
7. Reassemble and adjust pin tension as needed
8. Subscribe to my channel ru-vid.com...
Its a good idea to clean your Graco SG2 spray gun every so often. It is quick and easy to do with the video as a reference.

Mine had a rubber o ring and I can't remember where it goes

It goes in the spray gaurd(orange piece) behind the tip seat.

I have the gun in Acetone soaking, tried removing the nut / hose make up & tip s no go I hope soaking will resolve. Have you any solvent you prefer for such? My next step if necessary BP Blaster.

Lacquer thinner. Soak the whole gun it it and watch how easy this is. Then let the thinner evaporate and throw away the dried sludge. Easy Peasy

At the moment I do not remember what it was. But, the issue I was having was eliminated from the video probably because it was a difficult procedure. That difficult procedure was what I came to learn. It was passed over. I'm not bad mouthing your effort. Maybe helping you make better instructionals in the future. @@DIYAllied

When attempting to educate viewers it is important for others to witness the educator having the same troubles instead of editing it out before publishing. Has nothing to do with drugs. Well, maybe sometimes. @@LuisC202
