1. Start at the sockliner- then the sides of the shoe- lastly the soles
2. Wipe down
Repeat the process with fresh water/cleaner/towel

Shoe scrub brush- I didn't see any at dollar tree but Walmart had a few options in the shoe section
Toothbrush- Use an old soft bristle toothbrush
