@@kimberlygibson3 I wanted to read from a book I got called “The Art of Letting Go” but I haven’t heard back from the author yet so I didn’t want to risk a copyright strike. Decided to just speak from the heart instead. 💕

I had a similar conversation with my family about decluttering our home. You're right that physical clutter can also clutter our minds. I love the idea that cleaning can help release the toxicity we hold onto in our bodies and minds. I make sure to keep toxic people away from me. x

@@JasenomadeTV I started walking away from toxic people when I was a teen without realizing what I was doing. I became intentional about it in my 20s and now it’s just second nature for me to walk away and never look back. For me, the act of cleaning itself helps me a lot because I hold onto things that are only hurting me and this is when I remind myself to let them go. ♥️

@@kimberlygibson3 our flooring is luxury vinyl plank, just looks like gray wood. Thank you though. We love our chairs too. Our livingroom is meant for comfort so our furniture is all really cozy and comfortable.

@@kimberlygibson3 thank you. It’s only 1344 square feet (approx 125 square meters) so it is small by American standards but it works for our family of 3. ♥️

@@Liberty_Ranch thanks for being here! I’m ready this book called “The Art of Letting Go” and asked the author if I could read from it but haven’t heard back yet. It’s been helpful for me. I have never been successful with therapy because I can’t rehash my childhood traumas. It’s too painful reliving it over and over so this is kinda my form of therapy. 💕

@@Simply_Lane hopefully you hear back from the author soon, that would be interesting to hear what you’re reading about. That is understandable how you feel about therapy. No matter the form of therapy, if it helps, it helps. And that’s what matters most
