I was a teacher when I suddenly fell and was completely paralyzed from the waist down. Please help me if you can because I lost my wheelchair to do my favorite job

Thank you Coressa. Talked with my Oncologist today and apart from a drop in my white blood cell count, all is good. Yea!

I just sat down after changing the kitty litter pans and all that entails. Hubby told me he thought he heard one of the kitties being sick under the bed last night, so I cleaned that up too. All that stretching, bending and lifting didn't do anything good for my 73-year-old back.... But then I saw your video about cleaning your home in a wheelchair ... and I thought how amazing you are at adapting to life's challenges. I hope your channel continues to grow. I starting watching because of the topics you discussed, but I continue to watch because your personality is simply delightful! PS. Hoping that tailbone issue isn't anything serious. 🤞

Thank you Ann. Things too high and things like paper that fall to the ground are my kryptonite. I use a grabber and my little dog picks stuff up for me (when she darn well feels like it) but sometimes I just say to heck with it and follow my mom's advice. She used to say, put vases of flowers around and no one will notice the cobwebs. Or I used to say, spray the cobwebs silver and they become decorations. It's all in how you look at it!

@@travelsinmychair4140 My hubby uses a grabber too, and these days we only have kitties, who, as everyone knows, aren't much help around the house ... so I'm the one who picks things up. With that telescoping duster, I bet the cobwebs don't stand a chance!

I pray that it turns out to be nothing more than a sore back. Would you consider ever doing a video showing how you actually clean the bathroom? Im asking because I am disabled but not in a wheelchair but due to my pain I cant clean the bathrooms the way I know how and I have to pay someone to do it. Was just hoping maybe I could get some tips from you ❤

Hi Robyn. I have to get Allan (my husband) to do the tub. I use those brush things I showed to clean anything I can't reach. Anything with a handle, whether it is a squeegie for mirrors or something to clean around the base of the toilet works great. Thanks for watching!

Always. Sometimes when I have a 'poor me' day, I will watch my favourite movie, Out Of Africa. and cry my eyes out. Then I'm all better. There's nothing better than a good cry when you need it.
