Those are tension headaches! I get them too, it’s all connected to posture and how you sleep. I got a massage and then went to a chiropractor and it helped a lot because they can focus on those tension points, remove the knots and give you an adjustment so that the headaches don’t keep coming back

Hi Alex! Thanks for the video! Loved it!! (P.S. I loved that you talked about donating the clothes you no longer wear. Did you donate the deodorants as well? I make up kits that Family Services can give kids & teenagers going into foster care. I would love to see you put a vlog together on putting a kit together for a kid or teenager going in to foster carer. For teens I tend to put things like school stationary in a pencil case, perfume, pads, a voucher to go & see a movie, new socks, an iTunes voucher, a drink bottle, a book, a game etc. Younger kids are easier as I put in books, new socks, a teddy, & some games etc.)

I was literally doing the washing up while I watched this? I got an app (Tody) and it schedules everything. Just what I needed. How to combine the Pc desk and your make up? Instead of using a mouse use a mousse ☝. Don't use a mouse pad just re-use a face mask. And, use the screen as a mirror lol 😄. Have fun gorgeous 😙🌹

You should go see a chiropractor for your neck I had the same issue and it helped lessen the headaches a lot and now I don’t even get them. Definitely do your research on where you go but it can really help
