◎Rich chocolate Basque cheesecake
15cm round shape 200 degrees 40 minutes
material:
Cream cheese 200g
Bitter chocolate 50g
Parmesan cheese 50g
Sugar 100g
3 eggs
Cake flour 15g
Fresh cream 150cc
Preparation: Wet a crumpled baking sheet with water and place it in the cake mold.
①Put cream cheese that has been brought to room temperature into a bowl and mix with a whisk until smooth.
②Add the chocolate melted in a double boiler to ① and mix until smooth.
③ Add Parmesan cheese and the following ingredients one by one and mix thoroughly with a whisk each time until smooth.
④Pour the dough into the mold lined with a sheet and let the air out once.
⑤ Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
⑥After the fever has subsided, cool it in the refrigerator.
★If you chill it overnight, it will have a richer taste.
I add my favorite spices (cloves, cardamom, etc.) to this recipe.
