We always blew our off at the end of each day with an air compressor, it’s much easier now a days with these backpack blowers. Happy New Year Monty and hope you have a blessed week my friend.
Man yeah Mr Monty, always something to do in the winter!! I love my air compressor on the service truck for that exact reason!! I roll my straps the exact same way! On the short ones, I willfold them a little, and srick through the loop of the rachet end before tightening, it holds it really nice. I see now what you mean on the shorter trailer and how it effects the load. I hope you had a great New Year, thank you for bringing us along!! 😁😁🇺🇸🇺🇸👍👍
Yes it is. I really like your service truck. Yes rolling straps like that is a easy way to surcore the extra. Yes, I wish I would have gotten the 24 ft model. Thanks Nelson. Did you get the carb rebuilt and working?
After seeing all of that hay chaff blowing around, I feel the need to go take a shower. 🤣 I usually roll the tails of my load straps like you have done there. 👍🏻 Take care.
Itchy Job!! The big compressor and 3/4" 4' long wand makes it nicer.. then it becomes a muddy job.. a sprinkler run under the hood for an hour or so does a good job getting things loosened up.. then we pressure wash.. run it a minute to dry.. and grease right away.. I prefer 4" straps, winches on the trailer. No excess to deal with. Length does matter 🤣😂🤣😂 Not really, you make it work!! Happy New Year Monty!!
I wish I had a big compressor, it would make that job much easier. I could have gotten a strap rail on my trailer when I bought it, but as you can see I didn't. I prefer to wash equipment in the spring when it's warmer out. Happy New Year Ed.
