I just learned this but if you add ginger to your water you don't have to drink as much water because it absorbs into your cells and since it absorbs you won't have to pee as much. Love you Ashley. 💙💙

The closest Trader Joe’s to me is an hour and 45 min away, I’m making a trip there this weekend. I’ve seen so many people talk about their autumn soups and pasta sauces. Fabletics has the cutest athletic wear !!
