I genuinely love when you show us you doing laundry even when there's no talking. I've found if I need a pick me up to make me happy I watch Alisha, but if I'm wanting to be happy but more tranquil and feel zen and at peace and hear someone and watch someone who acts more mature I watch you. Have you and Alisha ever considered doing a two part vlog? Where one of you starts it on your blog channel just an at home maybe a little running out of the house to do things and then toss the camera "literally toss" to the other sister and then the vlog picks up on the others channel? Something else you could start doing is yoga. A lot of people think meditating and journaling are great ways to wind down, which they are, but because you're not used to focusing for a long period of time yoga would be amazing for you! It will definitely help you learn how to relax and get your me time while stretching and doing good for your body, Just focus on your breathing and over time that pattern of slowing down will help you get to your goal of focusing for long periods of time. Don't lose hope, you got this! Love you!
