Wow, thank you SO much for the kind words. We were expecting a bit more division on the clean singing, but the reception has been pretty well unanimously positive. Your huge support of it was another huge boost in us feeling we're doing something right. You rule! Oh, and Chase recently saw Cannibal Corpse, Dark Funeral, Immolation and Black Anvil ;)

This was a total banger. Added it to my Apple Music list haha. And my last concert was Garth Brooks, sure it’s country but he’s been a childhood hero of mine and it was awesome to finally see him live haha

Ricky and these guys are doing something special and I hope that people can buzz off with the gatekeeping and learn to grow. I’ve been a huge deathcore fan for years and I’ve heard PLENTY of cleans incorporated into songs that just didn’t work and tainted the track. These boys are making some of the most melodic and beautiful deathcore music I’ve ever heard… this song and Befouler have been on repeat for me for weeks. Keep it up, boys. One of the most incredible tracks I’ve ever heard 🤘🏼💯

Last concert was Billy Talent and Rise Against at Budweiser Gardens. They were awesome live! This track is also top tier deathcore for me. Love the cleans and love the whole song as a package!

This is probably my favorite song by Ov Sulfur. Like you mentioned, it has so many elements that really kept me pulled in. Oh and also, The Tour of the Concrete Jungle. Finally got to see Make Them Suffer live!

Man when I listen to the course, he’s saying “the plague of those with god in their eyes” what I hear is “I pray for those with blood in their eyes” and I actually love what I hear more😂 this song blew me away tho. Rock on

last concert was Jinjer with Earth Caller and Future Static. night before that was Electric Callboy with Paledusk and Dregg. Unfortunately I caught COVID at one of those gigs though so now i feel like garbage ahaha

My last was Ice nine kills on Saturday, and this Saturday It will be Upon a Burning Body and left to suffer. Great video man

This is a great song, I think I preferred Stained In Rot as I liked the clean chorus along with the filthy breakdown at the end. Last concert I went to was Foreign Hands, Dying Wish, SeeYouSpaceCowboy and Counterparts

sick song, and highly agree on the ending, they could've just done the typical breakdown with crazy harsh vocals and the song would've been kinda meh, but ending with that clean singing over the solo really allowed the song to climax at the ending last concert: it's been a while, but it was Chicago Open Air in 2018, bunch of cool bands there: Rammstein, KSE, BFMV, Trivium, Korn, Slipknot, Disturbed, WCAR, etc... was a good time, but I need to find a good concert since I've moved down to Texas

unpopular opinion: i love when deathcore bands throw a few cleans in there and mix it up a bit because it can get stale quick fr 💯 love this

Last show was Silent Planet in NYC! I know it was billed as The Plot In You headlining but....I just can't with Plot. His vocals are like nails to the chalkboard.

Deathcore cravings are the best

As deathcore fans we need to stop applauding clean vocals when they actually suck. Thankfully this wasn’t the case and Ricky did an amazing job. My last concert was 2019, I just can’t remember if it was the INK Thankskilling show or Chelsea Grin supported by The Acacia Strain, Spite, Traitors, and another band I’m forgetting that was British.

I'm sooooo OVER the symphonic elements in pretty much all genres of metal. Why???? Unless you can play it live I don't agree with it being in the music. I'm fine with a hired keyboardist for live shows but the backing tracks MUST END! Everybody is using backing tracks.
