That’s the truth!! Add Pure Himalayan Shilagit to your diet and rejuvenate yourself back to your 20s and thirties. I was sick for many years and told I had celiac disease after a bout with ulcerative colitis. Been through hell from malpractice giving birth and many 5 surgeries in 4 years , then two more abdominal surgeries, and kidney scopes and infections during that med regimen after 6 years I quit them. No more kidney troubles, went back on antidepressants and pain meds and antibiotics and acid reflux meds and blood pressure meds and b-12 shots, vitamins D 50000 units a week, then was aweful swelling feet and felt like I was 90. Cholesterol was sky high and I got sick of the weight from antidepressants so I stopped for a year and that year my cholesterol was perfect. Then I went back on and cholesterol was sky high again, then after 6 more years on them I have a clogged artery carotid 99% clogged at 53. Hardly ate anything nothing with preservatives and mostly Whole Foods. But coffee and vitamin water during those years.. so I finally realized antidepressants also had to go and I needed to find out how to get back to normality and ditched the meds they said I can’t live without. Replaced them with a good month detox with coffee enemas and firecider for meds and more herbs and make my own ginger tea from the root everyday with honey and lemon and gave up the one thing I’ve had all my life Sugar.. never thought I could do it but mind over matter, and got it done.. still felt a tired and weak until I got the Shilagit and that changed everything.. Depression, blood pressure, low vitamins , bowels only moved every 3-4 days now daily . I added fresh raw leafy greens every day and cayenne pepper in all my dinners and firecider instead of inhaler and antibiotics and anti acid and boom !! I feel like I’m spryer than my 20’s and only been taking since May 2020. I see everyone in slow mo as I spring. by say omg 😳 they’re all almost dead barely moving. Zombies I just turned 59 in May and probably the best I ever felt even though I’m still smoking cigarettes which is harder to give up. Still use marijuana and have a drink now and then but usually 1-2 a couple times a year.. a soda once in awhile but like Kombucha instead once in awhile.

I always get a chuckle when they say consult your local physician. I have yet to meet a physician that knows anything about the value of natural herbs. If they did, a person would expect at least a list of good herbal recommendatiions. Not gonna happen. Most likely the path will be prescribing Big Pharma meds.

How long should you cleanse for? I have a tea with some of the herbs mentioned that I've been taking for the last few days.. I'm feeling the side effects (fatigue, dehydration, headaches).. and am wondering how much longer I should take the tea?

I wish there was a website to actually tell you how to prepare the decoction and how much to use. I know that some can be toxic if you ingest too much. Mainly how much to put in teas.

Great info. I’d love a video on herbs we can grow or keep as plants in the home (or in the garden up north and dry or freeze them for winter). Many of us can’t go out and buy all this stuff. Growing or maintaining plants for ourselves, is like any organic food... we know what’s gone into it. Can you show us how to get the result of dandelion root or other things you mention? The commercial shows a woman touting against chemo, and that part is great because I also have learned how deadly chemo itself is, and most times unnecessary! But she talks almost proudly about the docs TAKING OUT 35 LYMPH NODES!!! It’s so counterproductive to have a commercial with a woman saying she has 35 Lymph Nodes REMOVED but promotes the other stuff done to her, thinking she has done a great thing for herself. She’s paid this place money to operate on her and give her herbals treatment helps but they take out her nodes??!! I feel so bad for her lack of knowledge. I pray she fairs well. So search out Dr Robert Morse for some excellent info on how the body works, especially the Lymph System! Because without knowing how your body works, you could take herbals, just like some take vitamins, that go in and out. But if you know WHY you are taking them, you’ll have so much kite control of your own health and probably never let anyone take your Lymph Nodes out, if possible. I just feel it’s important to watch Morse with warning of his spiritual teachings and if it’s important to you to know the Truth from God Himself who made our bodies and our souls, ask God Himself.
