Water itself is odorless and tasteless, but the water we drink is not pure water. It countains minerals and other things that are put in it by the company to make it more healthy for us.
I stopped cleansing my face with cleansers and exfoliates everyday, best thing i ever did. Washing my face with water is really all i need with a weekly mask or exfoliate.
What you eat has a larger role to play in facial skin condition than mere facial skin cleansing and moisturizing. So please do a video outlining what you eat. Also tell us the nutritional value of your food choices.
face cleanser is actually important, especially for oily skin. Use soap-free facial cleanser, not a regular soap to wash the face. It will not strip off the natural sebum on the skin. Washing your face with just water is suitable for dry or sensitive and relatively clean skin.
If you're not active (like myself) to sweat, try boiling water, putting it in a large bowl and put your face over it with a towel on your head. It works faster than sweating normally.
Just a heads up, exfoliation should only be done 2x a week. Cleansing 2x a day, & if your cleanser is stripping your face of its oils, you need to find something different less harsh. Over exfoliation can irritate, cut, & cause more oil production & breakouts. Especially with products containing acne fighting ingredients such as Salicylic Acid, & Benzoyl Peroxide. The most common in products such as Clean & Clear.. :)
So, it is worth the money? I am a bit hesitant on buying it since I am not made out of money 😂 But I can't give up a great deal 😂 So, does it work well and is worth the money?
This was one of the videos I watched from you. I watch you vids 4 yrs ago and now i cam back and i was shocked you now have 1.4m subs! Good job joe i was your supporter when you started yt
Yes, I've noticed that before I started working out, my face was nice and soft and clean, and after I started working out, I started getting gross dirty face, and I'm still fighting it, so just clean the face after sweating.
Dude I have the spin for perfect, and it is fantastic. I've been using it for about two months now. I don't have the worst acne but i have moderate break outs frequently. I've seen some amazing results with the spin for perfect skin rotating brush
I suffered with acne until I started taking fish oil supplements. Now I don't have acne. But if I go a period of time without taking it, my acne comes back.
Holy shit I didn't know that one about sweat!!!! I thought it was the total opposite where if you sweat it will cause big breakouts!! I'm doing a 20 Minuit run tommorow morning now and hopefully I'll see results after showering.
I suggest getting a used clarisonic on eBay and then buying a new brush head. While this machine and other rotate, this will pull your skin and stretch it out causing wrinkles. The clarisonic pulses vs rotating.
"Don't wash your face too often" that's why everyone else in the world washes their face every single day like you're supposed to. Please stop giving out false information you're not a doctor, neither am I however im not stupid enough to believe that washing your face too often will cause harm.
Brandon McDonnell there's reason behind why I said that I didn't just make it up... Like NSCCJAA said washing your face too much causes your face to produce oil faster which in turn blocks pores more often. So there's a reason for ya.
To be honest - you do need to wash your face regularly, because all those dead skin cells and excess oils needs to be removed. If you don't your your pores will get clogged and create breakouts, zits ect. (acne is usually caused by either puberty, or unhealthy foods), if you don't have that much acne thank your parents. When removing all those dead skin cells, excess oils and bacteria you reveal fresh new skin with more collagen (which makes you look younger) and more brighter and more glowing. So in theory you do need to wash your face regularly, face and hair are completely two different subjects. Your Welcome
Joe goes ham!! I love watching your vids man :) Your skin is so perf , wish I could say that about your hair sike your hairstyles are legit and HDF is what I use thanks to watching your vids. I shared your vids to my friends and they are suscribed to you now , keep up great videos pleasse :D
Anyone feel like the next day when they wake up after putting on the clean and clear deep Action Exfoliating Scru, that their skin is kinda dry... just recently started using it. Seeing results but definitely feel like my skin is getting pretty dry when I wake up in the morning,
I'm ordering it right now! Which brush do you use? Cleansing or exfoliating? I'll buy also the replacements (so it better work :P)..How often do you replace the brushes? Thanks for the info and the good work! :) BluMaan
I completely agree with @Brian Leister. These self-help, men's grooming youtubers such as Alpha M, Blumaan, etc, have ABSOLUTELY no clue about proper skin care for acne prone skin.
What do you think about a DIY skin exfoliator made out of sugar and olive oil? It's kinda like a moisturizer and an exfoliator all in one and I think it's a cheap natural approach to exfoliating the skin.
Hey BluMann great vid! i used to never wash my face as often as most. ild wash it maybe even just once a week because commercial soaps would irritate my skin further and actually sometimes give me acne. i found 100% natural, chemical free handmade soaps with natural moisturizers didnt give me that, so i wash my face with those every day in the morning n my face has never been better, just wanted to share a tip. however my face although appears super clear from afar, up close on the forehead i have many really small colorless bumps.. any idea if i could ever get rid of those?
Great channel Joe! And lots of useful information on this video. Is there a routine that would help manage blackheads on the nose (mostly). Thanks in advance and to all your other videos! Thumbs Up!
No you should use something in the shower if you have oily skin....just water wont do it...remember oil repels the water....so you might use a mild soap like Aveeno or something your dermatologist might recommend...even Barbasol with Lanolin does wonders...just to wash your face and not lathering. So no, first you identify your skin type...and then decide what to do....based on what works for you and what you've consulted with a dermatologist. Unfortunately, for most our diet is the most important factor.....so not sure water does the trick at all..hehe Keeping the carbs under control is the biggest issue for most...rice and potatoes my work each only 2 to 3 times per week depending your metabolism..same with red meat etc..after that....you will have such issues as scalded skin syndrome which many confuse for jock it or a fungus...blah, blah... Your scalp treatment also makes a difference....if you don't blow dry your hair....chances are....you will be breaking out...and we call that Wet Hair Syndrome too....hehehe Talk to a dermatologist. Don't share anything is the biggest issue with athletes... No, don't use an exfoliator...you will be rubbing down on your skin...skin is a mesh...would you rub down on the screen behind your window so bugs can get inside your home and take over... Olive Oil and tomatoes..and all the so called Italian Meals...GREAT for SKIN...all the ingredients great for skin.
Hey BluMaan I would love to see a hair tutorial of a splited hairstyle (Hairs splited in two halfs one to the left and back and right and back 1/4 of the hairs one 3/4) because I was trying this one the last few days and maybe you could share some tips on it c:
not necessary true. its not all genes, its more like what you body wants and needs. the ageing is more like a message to you, its telling you it needs something. I believe there is a video about that and a book.
hey man, i am a big matt smith fan he plays the doctor from doctor who. i have been trying my hardest to style my hair like his but have not been able to achieve it. Do you think that you could maybe make a video showing us how to get his hair style because i have no idea how to and you seem to be an expert with hair. i would really appreciate it if you could. I know this sounds demanding but t would be awesome if you could man thanks ? P.S He has had his hair shaved but the style is long on top and long on the sides with a quiff/combover style :).
